Q: Why the 1280 x 1024 resolution?
A: Many times in this game, there can be thirty or more
units on the board, and all scattered across the map. I
think the game is easier to play when you can see as
much of the map as possible. With the bigger resolution,
it's harder to make a mistake with your strategy like in
some other wargames (Moving a piece and not seeing
there was a Heavy Destroyer tank 3 hexes away but it
was offscreen because the resolution was too small).

Q: How do I transfer my save file from the demo to the full
version?
A: Find the directory where your Heavy Steel Demo was
installed in. It should be in "Program Files". Then go to
Heavy Steel Demo\Main\Save and find your save file.
Copy that file to your full version directory in
Heavy Steel\Main\Save. It should now be available to load.
Q: Why is the game no longer available?
A: Steve Jackson Games, a major gaming company,
threatened me with legal action because they felt Heavy
Steel was too similar to one of their own games.
